All transactions are closed by Hi-Rise Capital Ltd. unless specifically noted otherwise. Licensed mortgage agents/brokers can sell participating mortgages in Ontario when authorized. (the selling brokerage) and will be compensated for having referred, directed and introduced prospective investors/lenders to the participating mortgage investment.
